Are you on holiday and have a medical question? With Medicoo, you always have a digital GP at hand. You receive personalised advice from our medical team easily and quickly. Ideal for simple health questions or if a practice visit is not necessarily necessary.

You can also attach a picture of your complaint in the chat. If necessary, we will refer you to a GP nearby. The latter will receive a transfer from us. In life-threatening situations, do not use Medicoo, but call 112 immediately.

This is how Medicoo works (registration process)

  • 1. Download the Medicoo app
  • 2. Select: I am on holiday
  • 3. Register in the app (keep your BSN number or European health insurance card (EHIC) pass handy)
  • 4. Select the location of your holiday address
  • 5. Complete the questionnaire and ask your question via chat. You will immediately receive personal advice

Our medical team is at your service. Via chat and video calls. During the day, evenings and weekends.
