Are you temporarily living in the Netherlands and is Medicoo available in your place of residence? Then with Medicoo you always have a digital family doctor close at hand. You receive quick and easy personal advice from our medical team, in your own language. Ideal if you are not sure whether you should see a doctor, for simple health questions or if a visit to the doctor's office is not necessarily necessary.

You can also attach a picture of your complaint in the chat. If necessary, we will refer you to a GP nearby. The latter will receive a transfer from us. In life-threatening situations, do not use Medicoo, but call 112 immediately.

Registration process

  • 1. Download the Medicoo app
  • 2. Follow these steps
  1. Select your language
  2. Select the option: I am a refugee from Ukraine
  3. Choose the location of your current residence.
  4. Register and enter your BSN. If you do not have a BSN, enter: 123456789.
  • 3. Ask your question via chat. You will immediately receive personal advice
