With Medicoo, you always have a digital GP at hand. You easily and quickly receive personalised advice from our medical team. Ideal for all your health questions or if you have doubts about whether you should see a doctor. We work closely with your own GP.

You can also attach a picture of your complaint in the chat. If necessary, we will refer you to your own GP. They will receive a transfer from us. In life-threatening situations, do not use Medicoo, but call 112 immediately.

Note: For making appointments, requesting referrals and/or medication, you can not use the app but contact your own GP practice.

  • 1. Download the Medicoo app
  • 2. Select: I am here via the GP
  • 3. Register in the app (keep your BSN number handy)
  • 4. Select your general practice and GP
  • 5. Complete the questionnaire and ask your question via chat. You will get personalised advice right away. If necessary, we will make an image call appointment with you.

Our medical team is at your service. Via chat and video calls. 
During the day, evenings and weekends.
